Antibodies are proteins, travelling through the bloodstream and are found in bodily fluids, with which a wide variety of proteins can be detected with. Antibodies mark specific antigens by analyzing certain spots of the surface of the antigenic determinants. This depends on the correctly chosen primary and its equivalent secondary antibody that can be found below.
Antibodies are produced by B lymphocytes. B lymphocytes begin their life from stem cells, located in the bone marrow. When B lymphocytes arouse from the closeness of a particular antigen, they evolve into plasma cells. Plasma cells spawn antibodies that are distinguishing to a particular antigen.
